Large Vehicle Collision & Body Repair.
Large-vehicle collision repair can involve far more than sheet metal and paint. Carolina Custom Paint & Body can coordinate the body, fiberglass, structural, mechanical and electrical work needed to put the vehicle back into service.
From Minor Damage to Major Repairs
We handle dents, scrapes and damaged panels as well as more involved collision repairs. Depending on the job, that may include disassembly, fiberglass repair, structural and frame repair, welding and fabrication, replacement components, paint matching, refinishing, graphics coordination and final reassembly.
We do not currently advertise frame straightening. For structural and frame repairs within our capabilities, our team can perform the work in-house and use specialized local partners when a project calls for additional resources.
More Than Body Work
A collision can damage cooling components, suspension parts, lights, mirrors, doors, wiring and other systems. We can address related mechanical and electrical damage as part of the same repair instead of sending the customer from shop to shop.
Hidden Damage and Supplements
The first estimate does not always tell the whole story. When disassembly reveals additional damage, we document what we find, communicate with the customer and, when insurance is involved, work with the carrier or adjuster on supplemental repairs before moving forward.
Recovery and Transportation Coordination
If a damaged vehicle cannot be driven to us, we can help coordinate towing, recovery or transportation through our network of heavy-vehicle service contacts.
Built Around Getting You Back on the Road
We operate commercial vehicles ourselves, so we understand what an out-of-service vehicle can cost. We work to provide realistic timelines, clear communication and a repair plan that balances safety, quality, appearance and downtime.
