Built From Fleet Experience.
Carolina Custom Paint & Body was created around a simple need: large vehicles require specialized care, and finding the right shop to provide it is not always easy.
We Have Been the Customer
Our roots are in the motorcoach industry. The team behind Carolina Custom Paint & Body also operates Holiday Tours, a North Carolina motorcoach company that has been on the road since 1978. Maintaining a working fleet has meant dealing firsthand with body damage, fiberglass repairs, paint work, parts availability, outside vendors and the cost of having a vehicle out of service.
Holiday has long had paint and body technicians who handle smaller repairs in-house. Carolina Custom Paint & Body is the next step: expanding that experience into a dedicated operation capable of serving our own fleet and outside customers.
We Understand What Downtime Costs
A commercial vehicle sitting in a shop is more than a repair order. It may be missing trips, disrupting schedules, creating replacement-equipment problems and losing revenue. That changes the way we look at a job.
We believe in realistic timelines, clear communication and a repair plan that fits the way the vehicle is used. When speed matters, we understand why. When appearance is the priority, we understand that too.
Focused on Large Vehicles
Large vehicles are not an afterthought here. They are the reason this business exists. Our work is centered on motorcoaches, buses, RVs, commercial fleets and specialty vehicles that may be difficult for a conventional automotive body shop to accommodate.
Our capabilities include body and collision repair, fiberglass repair, paint matching and refinishing, structural and frame repair, related mechanical and electrical repairs, and coordination of the other work needed to get a vehicle back on the road.
Growing for What Comes Next
We are building Carolina Custom Paint & Body for larger and more complex work. Our new purpose-built facility, expected to open in Q3 2027, will expand our ability to handle full-vehicle refinishing and major large-vehicle projects.
