A Facility Built Around Large Vehicles.
Carolina Custom Paint & Body is developing a new 24,000-square-foot facility in Randleman, North Carolina, designed specifically for work that conventional collision shops often cannot accommodate.
Purpose-Built for Large Equipment
The new operation will include seven large-vehicle service bays, two 60-foot paint booths, two dedicated preparation areas and 14-foot by 16-foot vehicle access doors. The facility is being designed around motorcoaches, RVs, commercial fleets and specialty vehicles rather than adapting an automotive shop to fit them.

Paint and Preparation
Two 60-foot paint booths will expand our operation into full-vehicle refinishing. One booth is planned with an integrated personnel lift system, giving painters improved access along the sides and upper surfaces of large vehicles during preparation and spraying.
Two dedicated prep areas will allow vehicles and components to be prepared without tying up the paint booths longer than necessary.
Heavy Repair Capability
Heavy-duty vehicle lifts will accommodate full-size motorcoaches and other large commercial vehicles. The facility will also support welding and fabrication for structural and body repairs, with specialized local partners available when a project requires additional capabilities.
Parts and Vehicle Storage
Approximately 7,500 square feet of the facility is planned for parts storage, supporting larger and more involved repair projects. Secured vehicle parking will provide space for customer vehicles awaiting work, parts or pickup.
